Morgan Perry
Executive Producer/Producer of the documentaries Sex+Money
Morgan Perry is the Executive Producer/Producer of the documentaries Sex+Money: A National Search for Human Worth (released in 2011) and The Family Film (currently in production). Morgan studied Mass Media in nearly thirty countries through the University of the Nations (U of N). After seeing a young prostitute left for dead on the streets of Thailand in 2006, Morgan was compelled to shed light on this atrocity by co-writing a book on international trafficking. While researching to write the book, she was shocked to discover the same injustice was happening in America. As a result, she produced the Sex+Money documentary, which is about child sex trafficking in America and the modern-day abolitionist movement that is fighting to stop it. Once completed, Morgan and the team launched a national campaign, screening the film in all 50 states and Canada in 2011. In 2012, she received a Certificate Of Recognition for her work in combating trafficking from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. www.sexandmoneyfilm.com
