Director of Fashion Design for 3Strands and Apricot Lane USA
Lyndsey Kacalek is the Director of Fashion Design for 3Strands, a unique fashion brand to fight against sex trafficking around the world by supporting common goal organizations. Lyndsey is also the Director of Design for Apricot Lane Boutiques, a U.S. chain of franchised women boutiques with 100+ open and planned retail stores in 29 States. Before coming to 3Strands, Lyndsey earned a Bachelors degree in Fashion Design and a Masters degree in Counseling. She was a Counselor at High Schools in the Sacramento area, while running her own clothing business, where she designed uniforms for the NBA Sacramento Kings and many other organizations. Her passion for helping others and her love of fashion made the design position at 3Strands a perfect fit for her. 3Strands is focused on providing the essential revenue and resources; through the sale of handmade bracelets, to empower, teach and employ young women who have been rescued from the evils of sex trafficking.
