Jordyn is a junior at Forest Lake Christian High School. She has a heart for the lost and broken in our world. Her heart was met by an opportunity to visit Tanzania, Africa, where she fell in love with the children and people of this impoverished nation. Upon her return, she moved into action within her own community to reach the lost and the broken children within the poorest urban areas of Sacramento. It is here where she found an opportunity to use 13 years of dance to pour into the purpose and destiny of impoverished children within this community. She is now working with City of Refuge to develop a Performing Arts Academy within this urban population to bring the heart of worship and dance to young girls who would not otherwise have this opportunity. She serves with her family at Courage House and loves being family to girls who are victim of sex trafficking. She is part of student leadership at her school and church and has a passion to see her own peers move into action for what God has called them to do and bridges opportunities for them to do all they were created to be.
